Dark Horse Celebrating October with All New Horror Comics

Halloween is coming up later this month, and Dark Horse is doing things right and proper this month by introducing all new comics that are sure to be worth a few scares. Dark Horse has introduced the all new series Grindhouse: Doors Open at Midnight featuring various tales based on classic television's midnight exploitation films including the first issue that focuses on a battle between a one-eyed southern Latina deputy that must save her town from sexy alien invaders that want to impregnate the local male population with their eggs.

In addition to the new Grindhouse series, Dark Horse will be releasing Catalyst Comix #4, The Star Wars #2, The Occultist II #1, The Night of Your Life, Smoke/Ashes and Neon Genesis Evangelion: The Shinji Ikari Raising Project Volume 12. There will also be new titles releasing from Dynamite Entertainment such as Lady Rawhide #2, Black Bat #6 and The Shadow Now #1 as well as bundles including The Shadow Year One #1-5 and The Black Bat #1-5.
