Dragon Commander Gets New Video, Patch and Discount

Larian Studios' has announced that a new video is available for your viewing pleasure for Dragon Commander. The game has also received a new patch that fixes several issues and includes new unites and resources. Lastly, Dragon Commander is now 40% off on Steam and GOG.com. Read on.

From the Press Release
Larian Studios' Dragon Commander was into politics way before this shutdown business made politics cool. Today a new video shows off the political ideologies of the game's players, based on the collective results of their in-game decisions. How did they vote on hot topics like torture, freedom of the press, nudism and violent video games? The results might surprise you. Or maybe not. Or maybe yes.

To dive deeper into the details on the political decisions DC players made, visit the Dragon Commander website with the latest Rivellon Times newspaper and some leaked info. There is also a new patch. Coincidentally -- perhaps too coincidentally -- the video's release comes shortly after the release of a massive update to the game, with a variety of issues fixed and a batch of new features introduced, including the gifting of units and resources, and improved battle results with deeper stats. Never before has multiplayer been so fun in this blend of strategy and role-playing. Full patch notes can be found here. And it's on sale...

As we tumble further down the coincidence hole, the game is also 40% off on Steam and GOG.com through Sunday. Let's go over that all again. Political video shows that gamers have questionable morals, big patch makes multiplayer more fun and fixes various things, and it's one hell of a deal right now. If you haven't played Dragon Commander yet, what are you waiting for?
