Rocksmith 2014 Edition Now Available at Retailers Nationwide

Ubisoft has announced the release of their new game Rocksmith 2014 Edition. The new title is the sequel to the 2011 hit title and features plenty of new enhancements that make it the best way to learn to play guitar with over 1.5 million players already learning how with the original release. The game is available today in retailers around the country for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC and Mac.


Some of the new features for Rocksmith 2014 include the game changing Session Mode, where up to two users can play along with a virtual band live with a choice of over 70 different instruments available in the game. Players will also have access to the improved Instant Riff Repeater, so certain sections of a song can be repeated at infinitum until the player is satisfied with their progress.

The game's new soundtack includes over 50 songs from bands such as Aerosmith, Foo Fighters, Green Day, Iron Maiden, Kiss, Queen, The Rolling Stones, The Who and more, and players can import the original 52 songs from Rocksmith for only $9.99 or add additional DLC tracks that is already available for $2.99 per track and includes The Smashing Pumpkins - Cherub Rock, Them Crooked Vultures - Mind Eraser, No Chaser, Chicago - 25 To 6 Or 4, Albert King - The Sky is Crying, Queens of the Stone Age - My God in the Sun, Tame Impala - Elephant, The Hives - Hate to Say I Told You So and The Lumineers - Ho Hey. Rocksmith 2014 Edition is now available from all major retailers for the MSRP of $79.99 and can be purchased for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC and Mac.
