KIXEYE, the leader in online combat strategy games, today announced the opening of its new office location in Portland, Oregon that will serve as its main customer advocacy center for all games. Located in the Yeon Building (522 SW 5th Ave.) in historic downtown, which is known for its rich culture and diverse community, KIXEYE has plans to grow the office to as many as 20 employees by the end of this year.
"KIXEYE's arrival here is yet another indicator of Portland's continuing attraction for tech companies which recognize our deep talent base, quality of life and business advantages," said Mayor Charlie Hales. "We're delighted to welcome KIXEYE and its growing number of local jobs to the downtown community."
KIXEYE will join a number of other prominent companies in Portland's rapidly growing tech community, nicknamed Silicon Forest, which includes satellite offices from Hewlett Packard, Yahoo, IBM, McAfee, SalesForce, and many others.
