Tower of Ascension Announced For iOS Devices

Gravity Co. has announced their new multiplayer RPG entitled Tower of Ascension. The mobile game was designed using Unreal Engine 3 and is now available for iOS devices in Korea. The game offers high-def visuals and fast-paced gameplay designed specifically for smartphones and tablets. Read on.

Leading Korean game developer and publisher Gravity Co., Ltd. today announced it has developed its new multiplayer online role-playing game “Tower of Ascension” for mobile using the award-winning Unreal Engine 3. “Tower of Ascension” is available now for iOS on the App Store in Korea, and is coming to Western markets soon.

Gravity has brought to market a range of popular online games, including the long-running “Ragnarok” series, and is now taking the high production values of its PC games to mobile thanks to Unreal Engine 3.

 “When selecting a game engine that could do everything we intend to accomplish with ‘Tower of Ascension,’ Unreal Engine technology was the clear winner,” said Hyun Chul Park, CEO of Gravity Co., Ltd. “The tools have made it easy to create a bold new online mobile RPG experience.  “Tower of Ascension” offers high-definition visuals and fast-paced gameplay designed exclusively for smartphones and tablets. In the quest to become an Immortal, players will traverse expansive worlds filled with fiery volcanoes, icy castles and sunken temples while scaling the Tower of Ascension. All three character classes – warrior, wizard and hunter – employ a skill tree system rich with potions and powerful finishing attacks. Battles are perfect for quick solo play and multiplayer matches, with simple controls that are welcoming to new players.
