After selling out at Amazon.com on its first day, the online retailer has stocked up on House of Bad, the runaway independent horror hit from Jim Towns. Osiris Entertainment expect the title to do amazingly well over the post-Christmas shopping holiday. On December 3, the day of the film's release, the film - which has won numerous awards and snared many favorable reviews - completely sold out on Amazon. On the back of the staggering success of the horror film on Amazon, Walmart stores have ordered an amazing 10,000 units of the film. House of Bad, released on DVD in early December, and starring Heather L.Tyler, Cheryl Sands and Sadie Katz, has been one of 2013's most acclaimed independent horror films.

Written and directed by Jim Towns, House of Bad tells of three sisters on the run with a suitcase full of stolen drugs, yearning to break free from their sordid pasts. When the eldest sister Teig (Heather L.Tyler) decides they’re going to hide out in their old, abandoned family house, its painful memories quickly become too real to fight off. Unable to distinguish dreams from reality, this attempt at a new lease on life turns into a race for survive.
