MechWarrior Online Reveals New Clan Mechs Pre-order With XP Bumps, Exclusive Items and More

MechWarrior Online has announced a new pre-order for the Clan Mechs where players can purchase several offered packages for Clan Warfare alongside XP bumps and other exclusive items. New information has also been revealed by the upcoming UI 2.0 update. Read on to learn more.

From the Press Release
MechWarrior Online has revealed Clan Mechs for pre-order - the precursor to the anticipated third "pillar" of the MechWarrior Online gameplay: Clan Warfare. Fans can now purchase one of several offered packages for a limited time and get XP bumps, limited edition forum badges and other exclusive items for jumping in early to nab their favorite Mechs for the coming all-out territory war that's soon to hit servers.

The Clans of MechWarrior Online are the heart of the MechWarrior Online gameplay: since launch, several maps have been released, the Mechs in the store have been stocked, balanced and several unique items are available for each. The coming UI 2.0 update will set the stage for how fans will play the metagame and interact with their teams and environments. All of this has lead to the next big update for the game - the update every fan has been waiting for: Clan Invasions. More details regarding the exact specifics of the Clan warfare will come, but for now, fans are able to nab their favorite Clan Mechs ahead of time in this limited edition offer.

Additionally, as some early to cover these news Mechs have pointed out, these Mechs are also featured in a limited edition "Gold" edition here: http://mwomercs.com/clans#page3. We'd like to iterate that standard variants (without a gold skin) of Khan Collection BattleMechs will be available for C-Bills in the future, which can be generated by playing the game at absolutely no cost. The Gold Khan editions are truly a once-in-lifetime opportunity to get a great `Mech while showing off your epic skills in a fun supportive way for the latest vision of the BattleTech franchise which has spanned 30-years.

The full details for each Mech featured in the Clan preorders is here: http://mwomercs.com/clans#page1.
