Ubisoft has announced that Assassin's Creed Liberation HD is now available on PSN, Xbox Live and PC. Players can enjoy the remastered title in high definition for the low price of $19.99. The game has players stepping into the shoes of Aveline and embarking on a journey through New Orleans. Read on.
