First Look At Need for Speed Movie Shows Off Camera Cars In New Trailer

The Need for Speed movie is set to release in theaters on March 14, 2014. Fans can view a brand-new video today entitled "Camera Cars" that gives them a special look into the world of Need for Speed and the incredible amount of work that goes into capturing the high-speed cars on film. Get a behind-the-scenes look at how the high-octane action in the NEED FOR SPEED movie is captured on set! The brand-new video featurette, "Camera Cars," gives viewers a glimpse at the often overlooked chase cars responsible for catching the best angles and adrenaline-pumping action in the upcoming NEED FOR SPEED movie's car chases.

Fresh from prison, a street racer who was framed by a wealthy business associate joins a cross country race with revenge in mind. His ex-partner, learning of the plan, places a massive bounty on his head as the race begins. Framed for a crime he didn’t commit, muscle car mechanic and street racer Tobey (Aaron Paul) gets out of prison determined to settle the score with the man responsible for his false conviction. Tobey tears up the road in a gritty cross-country journey— one that begins as a mission for revenge, but proves to be one of redemption. DreamWorks Pictures’ “Need for Speed” is directed by Scott Waugh (“Act of Valor”), and also stars Dominic Cooper, Ramon Rodriguez, Rami Malek, Imogen Poots, Dakota Johnson and Scott Mescudi.
