Tales of Symphonia Chronicles Pre-order Includes Custom PS3 Theme

Namco Bandai has announced that players can now pre-order Tales of Symphonia Chronicles for PlayStation 3 for $39.99. The pre-order will come with a special PS3 theme that gamers will get if they get their orders in before the game releases on February 25th. Read on.

PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system owners are now able to pre-order the digital version of TALES OF SYMPHONIA CHRONICLES™ via the PlayStation®Store for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system across the Americas for $39.99. Fans who pre-order the digital version of the game will receive a special custom PlayStation 3 system theme (also available with purchase of the TALES OF SYMPHONIA CHRONICLES Collector’s Edition). TALES OF SYMPHONIA CHRONICLES will be available exclusively for the PlayStation 3 system throughout the Americas on February 25, 2014.


In addition to the standard and digital versions of the game, NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. will also be releasing an individually numbered collector’s edition for North America. The collector’s edition was originally limited to 15,000 units, but has since been raised to 18,000 units to accommodate the overwhelming existing pre-order demand by fans. The contents of the TALES OF SYMPHONIA CHRONICLES Collector’s Edition include the following items:

  • Limited edition packaging with exclusive artwork from Japanese animation studio, ufotable
  • TALES OF SYMPHONIA CHRONICLES software
  • SteelBook case
  • Set of five Chibi Kyun Chara figures
  • 4-disc CD soundtrack
  • TALES OF SYMPHONIA: Successors of Hope hardcover novel
  • Art booklet with PS3 custom theme download code
