From the Press Release
Atari, one of the world's most recognized publishers and producers of interactive entertainment, announced today the third-person, multiplayer online combat game, Minimum, for PC. Minimum will be available for early access spring 2014 on Steam.

Set in a minimalistic stylized universe, Minimum features fast-paced, session-based combat that pits teams of five against each other with powerful, craftable weapons. Each team has their own gigantic robotic Titan that they power up and support to help them fight and destroy the enemy’s base. At the core of Minimum is an elaborate blueprint crafting system where players collect resources to create customized weapons and armor that power-up during kill streaks, enabling skilled warriors and Titans to become deadlier as matches progress.

"Since its founding, Atari has been at the forefront of making creative and engaging games that resonate with the gaming community,” said Fred Chesnais, Chief Executive Officer, Atari, Inc. "Minimum continues on this track by offering unique third-person combat gameplay combined with depth of blueprint crafting that will allow players to compete against each other for hours on end using a multitude of weapons. We’re proud to bring Minimum to Steam and share this exciting game with fans that have eagerly awaited the launch."

Minimum was initially created by TimeGate Studios. Early on, TimeGate and the Atari team engaged into discussions to cooperate on the project. Atari then worked with TimeGate to help extricate Minimum out of the TimeGate bankruptcy and ensure that it would come to fruition. With the further involvement of Human Head Studios, a Madison, Wisc. based developer, Atari will proudly present this new breed of combat and crafting to gamers this spring.

Minimum will be available for early access spring 2014. Fans can visit www.playminimum.com to pre-register for game updates and receive free bonus in-game items.

This is where the buffet line reigns supreme, the sweet tea flows endlessly, and dessert is always just an arm’s reach away. For many locals, Kacey’s is a comfort food paradise. Fans brag about the fried green tomatoes, juicy pork chops, slow-cooked beef tips, and banana pudding that deserves its own holiday. The staff are another highlight—quick with refills, friendly enough to feel like family, and the kind of people who can make a buffet feel like Sunday dinner at grandma’s. But Kacey’s has its critics too. Some diners rave about “the best bang for your buck in town,” while others complain that the food sometimes veers into “straight-from-the-can” territory. Like most buffets, it’s a roll of the dice: hit the line on a good day and you’ll be full and happy; catch it on an...
