Developer Wargaming has announced the release of update 9.0 for their highly popular free-to-play title
World of Tanks.
New Frontiers adds plenty of new content to the game including an impressive new graphics update for tanks, environments and other in-game items. Some specific improvements include more impressive models of the American M4 Sherman, Soviet T-54, and German Tiger I and improved physics and an ability to explode turrets. Additionally, players will find the all new Historical Battles game mode, where players will fight it out in some of the most important tank battles of all-time including Operation Spring Awakening, the Battle of Kursk, and the Ardennes Breakthrough.
