The game features a massive array of 180 units to choose, and each have weapons and abilities that can be upgraded to be even stronger. The game also comes packed with multiplayer features including ways to team up with other players for massive battles online and online leaderboards that rank the best players in the world. Read on for more information on League of War.

“League of War pushes the boundaries of what players can expect from a next-gen mobile gaming experience. It offers not only an intense single-player experience, but also takes multiplayer to a new level with synchronous battles,” said Ken Chiu, Sr. Vice President, Social Games, GREE International, Inc. “MunkyFun and GREE combined quick moving strategy, stunning 3D graphics and special FX to make League of War one of the best mobile game experiences out there. The players are going to love it.”

In League of War, players put together the ultimate six-unit squad comprised of the most advanced military weapons and defenses - including paratroopers, tanks, snipers and helicopters - each with their own unique stats and attributes. The game offers multiple ways for players to flex their combat skills. In the game’s single player mode, players put their squads to the test by battling against a common enemy and destroying its base to survive. Taking advantage of the game’s synchronous gameplay battles over WiFi, gamers can destroy their enemies on-the-go wherever and whenever. Players can also go head-to-head against other League of War mercenaries in timed events for precious rewards in the players-versus-player mode.

“Our aim has always been to take mobile gaming to the next level and bring players a more intense, console-like experience for their tablet or smartphone,” said Nick Pavis, CEO of MunkyFun, Inc. “With League of War, our goal was to take the player to the battlefield and create a fast-thinking strategic experience where gamers would have to think quickly and efficiently in order to beat their opponents. We brought the players a challenge - now we want to see what they do with it.”
