In acknowledgement of the industry's evolution toward content live streaming among everyday players, Jagex has taken major steps to establish streamers, including gaming youth, as an important catalyst within their community model. Adding to their ongoing recruitment and support for streamers of all ages, Jagex has spent over £100,000 (nearly $170,000) for an office studio completely dedicated to streaming activities. Jagex continues to expand upon these efforts and, in attempt to further aid newcomers to the world of live streaming, has worked with the RuneScape team to create a simple step-by-step video walkthrough on how players of all ages can begin their live stream experience via Twitch.
