HBO Reveals New Details For LGBT Film Festival and Inside Looking Panel

HBO has announced that it will be sponsoring this year's LGBT Film Festival alongside the panel for Inside Looking from July 10-20, 2014.

HBO, a significant presence at the Outfest Los Angeles LGBT Film Festival for nearly two decades, will return for its 14th consecutive year as presenting sponsor of the nation’s leading LGBT festival, to be held in Los Angeles, July 10-20, 2014.

This year, HBO will sponsor two key events:

Opening Night Gala VIP Pre-Party

Thursday, July 10/6:00 pm/Orpheum Theatre/842 South Broadway, Los Angeles

Sponsored by HBO

Shannon Swindle, pastry chef of Tom Colicchio’s Craft Los Angeles and the restaurant host for the Opening Night Gala, will partner with chefs throughout the city to provide guests with samplings from some of L.A.’s top-rated restaurants. The pre-party will immediately be followed by the opening night screening and Los Angeles premiere of Life Partners and subsequent Gala After-Party, both to be held at the Orpheum Theatre.

HBO Panel: Inside Looking

Saturday, July 12/4:30 pm/DGA 2/7920 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles

The series, which premiered to critical acclaim in January 2014, chronicles the unfiltered experiences of three thirty-something friends living – and loving – in modern-day San Francisco with all of the options available to a new generation of gay men. Confirmed panelists include: Executive Producer/Showrunner Andrew Haigh; Executive Producer Michael Lannan; VP, HBO Original Programming Nick Hall; and cast members Jonathan Groff, Frankie J. Alvarez, Murray Bartlett and Lauren Weedman. A reception will follow the discussion for panel ticketholders.
