Two FREE Miniature Ponies In Fyffe, Alabama Area (NO LONGER AVAILABLE)

Little girls often dream of having their very own pony and today you might be the parent that makes that dream a reality! There are two beautiful male ponies available in Dekalb County Alabama near the Fyffe area that can be adopted today for no charge at all! Yes, you can give your baby girl a free pony for her birthday or other celebration this summer at no cost. Read on to learn more.

The stud ponies are between 2 and 3 years old. The older male has a blondish-brown coat and blue eyes. The younger male has a dark brown coat and brown eyes. The two ponies have beautiful fur coats that become thick in the winter which they
shed during warmer temperatures. The darker colored pony is called "brownie" and has a playful, child-like personality because he is the baby. The older blondier pony is named "Owen" (named after the actor Owen Wilson) and maintains a more dominant, reserved personality with a shy nature towards people. The miniature horses come up to the average person's waist and are adorable pets. If you ever wanted to own a horse, then this is the perfect chance, because miniature ponies are much easier to take care of and handle then full grown horses. They can even be trained to be ridden by small children, pull a miniature horse buggy or perform in shows, or even as assistance animals to aid people with disabilities. If this would be something your interested in then you can find a ton of trainers who could help you with your training in the Alabama area here.

Both ponies are in good health and can be picked up starting today! We will be moving soon and they need to go to a good home with a loving family. The ponies have never been trained with a bridal because we believed in letting them run free like they would in nature. However, with a little love and devotion, these two beautiful creatures could be trained to be just like your household pet and they have a soft nature that anyone can love. The ideal new parents for the ponies would be someone with a good bit of land with grass or hay (they love to eat) that is fenced in so they do not wander off. Also, the new owner must bring their own horse trailer, bridals and ropes when they come to get the ponies and must help gather them into the trailer.  Both horses must be adopted by the same owner because they have never been separated and have grew up together. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to adopt miniature horses because they usually cost anywhere from $300-$3000 a piece. The ponies will also come with an unused bag of sweet feed and their current mineral, salt and fly blocks.  Want to learn more about miniature horses before you adopt? Guidehorse has a great article with tons of facts and information for taking care of miniature horses here.

We are only taking serious inquiries. What does this mean? Only call if you want to ARRANGE a PICKUP of the ponies and nothing more. All the answers that we have can be found right here on this very page with pictures.

If interested, please call (256) 273-9752 and leave a message. We will get back to you as soon as we can.

UPDATE: PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE PONIES ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE. THEY HAVE WENT TO A NEW HOME. THANK YOU FOR LOOKING.

Buffet Bliss or Southern Swing-and-a-Miss? A Bite at Kacey’s in Huntsville

Walk through the doors of Kacey’s Country Cooking in Huntsville and you’re greeted by the comforting smell of fried chicken, collard greens, and cornbread that could double as perfume for any true Southerner. This is where the buffet line reigns supreme, the sweet tea flows endlessly, and dessert is always just an arm’s reach away. For many locals, Kacey’s is a comfort food paradise. Fans brag about the fried green tomatoes, juicy pork chops, slow-cooked beef tips, and banana pudding that deserves its own holiday. The staff are another highlight—quick with refills, friendly enough to feel like family, and the kind of people who can make a buffet feel like Sunday dinner at grandma’s. But Kacey’s has its critics too. Some diners rave about “the best bang for your buck in town,” while others complain that the food sometimes veers into “straight-from-the-can” territory. Like most buffets, it’s a roll of the dice: hit the line on a good day and you’ll be full and happy; catch it on an...
