Final Fantasy Type-0 HD Coming To Next-Gen Consoles On March 17

Square Enix has announced their latest title with Final Fantasy Type-0 HD. The game is expected to release for next-gen consoles on March 17, 2015 for $59.99. Players will step into a new group called Class Zero as their country is attacked by the neighboring Empire. Read on to learn more.

A new type of FINAL FANTASY game for the latest and most-powerful generation of game consoles, is almost upon us. With the launch of FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0 TM HD just a few months away , SQUARE ENIX® today premiered a new trailer to celebrate the opening day of Paris Games Week. This latest trailer, “Enter the Fray” transports viewers to the dynamic and enthralling world of Orience, where a turbulent war of nations threatens to tear the land apart.


About FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0 HD
Step into the fray as Class Zero, a group of fourteen students from an elite military academy whose country is attacked by an aggressive neighboring Empire. Using the powerful abilities and magic of all fourteen characters in fast-paced action RPG combat, players must face the brutality and injustices of war to uncover the secrets of its genesis.

FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0 HD is scheduled for release on March 17, 2015 for North America and will be priced at $59.99. Pre-order FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0 HD on Amazon.com and other participating retailers to secure the FANTASY XV playable demo voucher. Both FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0 HD and the accompanying FINAL FANTASY XV demo will be available for the PlayStation®4 system and the Xbox One.

Additionally, as a follow up to last month’s “FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0 HD Flash Talk Show,” this month’s program has been renamed to “Director Tabata’s Active Time Report,” and is scheduled to be streamed on Friday, October 31st at 8:00 p.m. JST / 4:00 a.m. PDT. The program will be available on Square Enix Presents (http://www.jp.square-enix.com/sep_japan/) in Japanese, and a subtitled version will be available at a later time.
