Lion Forge Reveals New Crystal Cadets Comic

The new YA digital comic from Lion Forge entitled Crystal Cadets was created by an all-female team who aimed to diversify female role models in comics. Read on to learn more.

With award-winners in the YA genre behind the scenes – including “The Lizzie Bennet Diaries” writer, Anne Toole and Katie O’Neill, publisher of the Princes Princess manga series – Crystal Cadets puts a youthful and diverse twist on “Sailor Moon” bringing a group of young girls from diverse backgrounds into the spotlight. The “Crystal Cadets” offer a positive influence for young female readers as they use their intelligence, experiences and self-confidence to overcome difficult times and work together for the greater good. Issue #1 is available now through Amazon and the Comics Plus App for Android and iOS devices.
