With a Micro-ATX design, the Maingear X-Cube is a high performance small form factor gaming PC small enough to fit in a home entertainment center or office workstation with ease. Its low-profile design is perfectly suited for any environment and its exceptionally small size makes the X-Cube superbly portable for traveling, offering top-tier performance on the go.

Outfitted with a wealth of customization options, including support for up to two top of the line graphics cards – such as NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 980 or AMD's Radeon R9 290x, as well as up to 32GB of Corsair Dominator DDR4-2666MHz memory and the latest Intel® Extreme Edition processors, the X-Cube small form factor gaming PC offers cutting-edge visuals and graphics in an easily upgradable and heavily customizable package.

Maingear is upgrading the X-Cube small form factor PC with additional storage and lighting options by supporting up to 3x SSD and 3x Mechanical drives and LED lighting in several striking colors. All available high-performance parts will be wrapped in a brand new, modernized chassis that not only makes the X-CUBE look great but will also run whisper quiet, thanks to the optional Maingear Epic 120 and Epic 240 Radiator, providing maintenance-free exceptional liquid cooling.

“The Maingear X-Cube packs the same high end performance of our full sized desktops into a sleek new compact design,” said Wallace Santos, CEO and Founder of Maingear. “X-Cube's small form factor allows it to unobtrusively and quietly fit into even the tightest home and office settings, while providing the latest hardware and performance options without compromise.”

“We are excited that Maingear is now offering a refresh of their small form factor X-Cube,” said Laura Crone, Intel Vice President and General Manager, PC Client Group. “The new X-CUBE integrates the newly introduced Core i7 processor Extreme Edition 5960X, featuring 8 cores and 16 independent threads, into a design that offers nearly noiseless high performance in an elegant small form factor.”

But Kacey’s has its critics too. Some diners rave about “the best bang for your buck in town,” while others complain that the food sometimes veers into “straight-from-the-can” territory. Like most buffets, it’s a roll of the dice: hit the line on a good day and you’ll be full and happy; catch it on an...
