New Details Arrive For Star Trek Online: Delta Rising With Latest Trailer

Star Trek Online: Delta Rising has received a new trailer that shows a guide tour through the expansion with Art Director Brad Stokan. Read on.

In the latest trailer for Star Trek Online: Delta Rising, Brad Stokan, art director for Star Trek Online, walks players through the new experiences coming in Star Trek Online biggest expansion to date. The walkthrough highlights several aspects of the expansion including new gameplay mechanics, tier 6 ships, and a brand new adventure zone.

Set 32 years after the events of Star Trek: Voyager, Star Trek Online: Delta Rising brings players into the Delta Quadrant – a mysterious region of space recently made easily accessible through an ancient Iconian gateway. In keeping with Cryptic Studio’s efforts to capture the essence of the Star Trek franchise, Star Trek Online: Delta Rising reintroduces players to key members of the Voyager cast, including Jeri Ryan (Seven of Nine), Robert Picardo (The Doctor), Garrett Wang (Harry Kim), Ethan Phillips (Neelix) and Tim Russ (Tuvok).

Star Trek Online is a free-to-play massively multiplayer online game where players can pioneer their own destiny as Captain of a Federation starship or become a Klingon Warrior and champion the Empire through the far reaches of the galaxy. Its last expansion, Star Trek Online: Legacy of Romulus, added the option for players to rebuild the Romulan legacy as the commander of a Romulan Republic Warbird. In Star Trek Online players have the opportunity to visit iconic locations from the popular Star Trek fiction, reach out to unexplored star systems and make contact with new alien species.
