Epic Announces New Details For Unreal Engine 4.6 and More

Epic Games has announced details for Unreal Engine that includes a preview of 4.6, the October Game Jam theme, and their Twitch lineup for the rest of 2014. Gamers interested in getting in on the action for Epic's Unreal Engine and everything they have to offer can check out the latest details below!

NEWS FROM G-STAR 2014

Project HON from NCsoft, Lost Ark from Smilegate and Sudden Attack 2 from Nexon have one thing in common - they're all built with Unreal Engine technology! Lost Ark and Sudden Attack 2 are powered by Unreal Engine 3, and Project HON is NCsoft's first publicly revealed Unreal Engine 4 game.

UNREAL ENGINE 4.6 PREVIEW
On today’s livestream, Technical Director Mike Fricker, Tools Programmer Dan Hertzga and Community Manager Chance Ivey will walk through exciting new features in 4.6! Major upgrades include the ability to create networking via Blueprint visual scripting, network gameplay recording and playback, Oculus SDK updates, and much more. Today on Twitch Epic will announce the winners from the November Game Jam! This month’s theme was “Two Birds With One Stone,” and UE4 developers sent through a plethora of beautiful submissions.
