MouseCraft Now Available For OUYA For The Launch Price of $6.99

OUYA and Crunching Koalas has revealed that gamers can now get MouseCraft on OUYA for $6.99. The new release will be discounted for the next two weeks and will allow players to experience the puzzle game of cat and mouse just in time for the holidays. Read on to learn more.

From the Press Release
OUYA and Crunching Koalas today announced that MouseCraft, an A-to-B puzzle game of cat and mouse, is now available on OUYA. MouseCraft is what would happen if you put Tetris and Lemmings in a blender: part resource management, part geometric brain-teasing, all colorful and original puzzling. MouseCraft will be available on OUYA for $9.99, but act fast: for the next two weeks, you can pick up your copy for the limited-time-only launch price of $6.99.

When the cat’s away, the mice will play, but with the cantankerous cat scientist Dr. Schrodinger on the case, the mice will do a good deal more: bound across jellied platforms; skip nimbly over explosive obstacles; and above all else, sniff their way to the cheese. In MouseCraft, players must guide three blind mice across perilous pathways rife with sinister traps – flames, electricity, murderous mechanical mice, and more – by strategically placing the world’s most famous blocks, tetronimos. With some quick thinking and solid spatial reasoning, players can usher the rodents safely to the cheese.

MouseCraft features 80 dynamic levels bristling with hazards, 7 different types of Tetris blocks (including jiggling jelly, dangerous dynamite, and everything in between), and a level editor to encourage players to get creative with their own gauntlets of mouse-y peril. With its cartoonish art style, its quippy, tongue-in-cheek dialogue and its infinitely customizable gameplay, MouseCraft should delight rodent sadists and saviors alike.
