Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX Now Available For PS3

Square Enix has announced that Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX is now available for PlayStation 3 that allows players to revisit the adventures of Sora, Riku and Kairi. The fully remastered HD compilation allows players to enjoy classic games from PS2 and PSP on their current-gen consoles. Read on.

In time for the holidays, KINGDOM HEARTS fans can now revisit the adventures of Sora, Riku and Kairi as SQUARE ENIX® announced KINGDOM HEARTS HD 2.5 ReMIX is now available for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system.

The game is a fully remastered HD compilation of the PlayStation ®2 computer entertainment system title KINGDOM HEARTS II FINAL MIX and the PlayStation®Portable system title KINGDOM HEARTS Birth by Sleep FINAL MIX. The game also features theatrical cut-scenes from the Nintendo DS™ title KINGDOM HEARTS Re:coded.

KINGDOM HEARTS 2.5 picks up where KINGDOM HEARTS HD 1.5 ReMIX left off, letting players continue their adventures with Sora, Mickey, Donald Duck, Goofy and other Disney characters. With impeccable high-definition visuals and enhanced gameplay mechanics, players will explore the origins of the hallmark series with Terra, Aqua and Ventus. Players can also venture through various Disney worlds, including Deep Space (Lilo & Stitch), 100 Acre Wood (Winnie the Pooh), Port Royal (Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl), Timeless River (Steamboat Willie) and more.

Traversing through the origins of KINGDOM HEARTS, the new compilation allows players to re-experience Sora’s journey from the beginning. In addition, the game features a talented all-star voice cast, including Haley Joel Osment (Sora), David Gallagher (Riku), Quinton Flynn (Axel), Leonard Nimoy (Master Xehanort) and Jesse McCartney (Roxas).
