All Points Bulletin: Reloaded Currently In Development for Xbox One and PS4

Deep Silver, Reloaded Games and The Workshop Entertainment announce transformation of PC game "All Points Bulletin: Reloaded" into game for PS4 and Xbox One.

From the Press Release
Deep Silver, Reloaded Games and The Workshop Entertainment today jointly announce they are hard at work transforming the hit PC Free2Play® action MMO "All Points Bulletin: Reloaded(TM)" (APB) into a game destined for PlayStation®4 and Xbox One this spring. The immensely successful PC version of APB Reloaded boasts a community of over 5 million gamers who are excited to join the new gen console APB experience. The game will be free to play and freely downloadable for all owners of PlayStation 4, and for Xbox Live Gold* members on Xbox One.

APB Reloaded puts you in the near-future urban cityscape of San Paro where you pick from two factions - "Enforcer," to uphold the city's martial law, or "Criminal" to cause mayhem. In addition to difficult and captivating gameplay, APB Reloaded features extensive character and vehicle customization systems. The game supports 100 simultaneous characters in a match and features missions of up to 50 vs. 50 players.

"APB Reloaded has become a phenomenon on the PC with a passionate and faithful community. We are thrilled to help Reloaded Games and The Workshop bring this world to life on the new generation consoles," said Klemens Kundratitz, CEO of Deep Silver/Koch Media GmbH.

"Over the past year it has been great to work with Deep Silver and their experienced teams from the Saints Row, Homefront and Dead Island franchises," said Bjorn Book-Larsson, CEO of Reloaded Games. "We have also benefited working with the veteran development team at The Workshop, led by members of the original Tony Hawk, Call of Duty 3, Borderlands 2: "Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage" and The Evil Within teams, and getting their deep insight into how we can best transform APB Reloaded into a great console experience."

Peter Akemann, CEO of The Workshop added, "Because APB is such a technically complex game featuring thousands of destructible objects, heavily customized players and vehicles in every scene, we are thrilled to help make APB a reality on these brand new high performance hardware platforms."

APB Reloaded will be free to download and free to play*, and players can earn items in game for free, as well as have the option to purchase in-game gear, items, vehicles and customizations intended for their characters to specialize in particular play styles.

*On Xbox One, Xbox Live Gold membership (sold separately) required. Additional in-game content is available and sold separately.
