The film follows two young men that grew up knowing only two things: music and farming. The official tag for the movie states the film is, "A story about the magic of music. How two farmboys found it, lost it, and what it took to get it back." Both music and movie fans will enjoy this heartfelt musical journey that showcases the true spirit of rhythm and harmony.
We were lucky enough to preview the film before its release and walked away touched by the incredible story told throughout the film. The movie features great music, as a film in this genre should, but the interactions between the two brothers and their friends is what makes the film so special. Jacob Motsinger, Christopher Alice and Kristi Engelmann deliver strong performances as the two brothers and their childhood friend. Excellent directing and high quality camerawork go a long way in creating an immerssive film experience as well. Look for Radio America on DVD soon.
