Skyforge Reveals New Developer Diary for Invasions

Today, Obsidian Entertainment, Allods Team and My.com have released a brand new developer diary and article to detail the challenging high-level Invasions in the upcoming action MMORPG Skyforge.
Invasions are when gods from other worlds and their massive armies attack the world of Aelion, where Skyforge takes place. Participating in an Invasion offers great rewards to players in the form of epic equipment, unique costumes and items to permanently increase the powers and abilities of players. Invasions are not easily repelled and can last months.
The final and most difficult part of an Invasion begins when the Herald of the invading army appears. The Herald is the leader of the alien forces and a powerful god that players have only 24 hours to defeat. If the players are victorious, the entire server has a period of prosperity with bonus rewards to all players. But should the players lose, the world will be thrown into a "dark age" that leaves a destroyed area in the world.
