Wargaming has announced that World of Tanks Blitz will celebrate its first birthday on June 26th with a special gift tank to all accounts to celebrate the anniversary.

World of Tanks Blitz is about to celebrate its first birthday on June 26! It has been an extremely exciting year since World of Tank Blitz rolled out onto Apple and Android platforms, solidifying Wargaming as a true multiplatform publisher.


During its first year, World of Tanks Blitz has amassed over 30 million downloads across all devices and has achieved over 100,000 concurrent players. The game has been a hit with both critics and players, received a nomination for the prestigious Golden Joystick award and secured its place among the “Best of App Store 2014.”

To celebrate the first anniversary, World of Tanks Blitz will credit a special gift tank to all accounts, offer daily challenges for prizes and host a livestream event on June 26 with giveaways to viewers.
