Relic Entertainment has released part two of the Company of Heroes 2: The British Forces From History to Gameplay dev diary, which explains in more detail the historical context of the British Forces and the important role they played in World War II. This video explores the real life tactics employed by Churchill's soldiers and how they are reflected in-game through the "Hammer and Anvil" paradigm and the infantry's effectiveness in cover. It also highlights the uniqueness and character of one of World War II's most diverse combined forces with troops from across Great Britain and New Zealand. Relic has also been rolling out 3D models of some of the new units gamers will experience in The British Forces over on their Sketchfab page: https://sketchfab.com/relic.
