Magnetic: Cage Closed (Xbox One Review)

Publisher Gambitious Digital Entertainment and Developer Guru Games have announced the release of Magnetic: Cage Closed on the Xbox One for $14.99. Magnetic: Cage Closed is a first person puzzle title which allows gamers to manipulate and master magnetic forces. The player must learn to master The Magnet Gun while navigating the deadly prison-maze that they have found themselves in.

Magnetic: Cage Closed throws players into Facility 7 as subject XE-47623 where they are turned into mere guinea pigs by the prison's warden, William Keene. The puzzle game has players navigating the deadly prison in an attempt to gain their freedom if they make it to the end in one piece.

The Magnet Gun is your only tool for freeing yourself from the deadly prison and must be used efficiently in order to solve the complex puzzles ahead. Magnetic: Cage Closed made its debut on the PC platform earlier this year, and now with the release on Xbox One players are able to experience the title's unique platforming puzzle gameplay alongside its electrifying story of strange experimentation.

Magnetic: Cage Closed has gamers manipulating and mastering the titles physics-based mechanics that allow them to control magnetic forces in order to escape Facility 7. However, the strange choices put in front of you will have dire consequences that test your psychological and moral limits in order to save your own life.

The console version of Magnetic: Cage Closed gives players precise and responsive controls to realistically push, pull, slow down or speed up their movement as they venture through all of the game's complex puzzles by utilizing the power of the magnetic properties bestowed onto you.

The unique part of Magnetic: Cage Closed is that every playthrough gives the player new things to explore in a prison complex that is always changing. Magnetic: Cage Closed is giving gamers extra in-game content on Xbox One that was originally featured only in the Collector’s edition on PC.

All-in-all, Magnetic: Cage Closed on Xbox One is a great time to pick up the first person puzzle platformer for a very low price. The game hasn't changed much since its release on PC but gamers will get a ton of content with the console release that was originally only available for those who purchased the Collector's edition for PC earlier this year. Magnetic: Cage Closed is a fun, engaging puzzle platformer for consoles and is definitely worth checking out. To learn more, visit the official Magnetic: Cage Closed website.
