DC Universe Online Gets New Episode Alongside The Flash

Daybreak Games has announced the release of a new episode for DC Universe Online.

From the Press Release
Daybreak Games today released the newest Episode for the popular massively multiplayer online game DC Universe™ Online (DCUO). Also available today is The Flash for DCUO’s Legends, allowing players for the first time to blast through foes in the blink of an eye with blinding-fast abilities as the Scarlet Speedster.

Episode 17 introduces two new pieces of action-packed story content to DCUO:

Unholy Matrimony – When Trigon escapes from an otherworldly prison, players must fight alongside his daughter, Raven, to stop him before he gains the power to destroy the mortal world. This new eight-person Operation marks the first time players can directly confront Trigon as part of the DCUO narrative, continuing the events established in Episode 8, “Sons of Trigon.”

The Flash Museum Burglary – The Flash Museum Duo is a continuation of the League of Assassins storyline, which started in Episode 15’s ”The Bombshells Paradox.” The League’s agents have broken into the Flash Museum in Central City to steal a powerful artifact from an alternate reality. Players must survive this all-new zone to keep it out of their nefarious hands.

WHEN: Episode 17 is available now as a free download for Members and will be available for purchase by non-members via the PlayStation®Store, the in-game Marketplace, or for PC players via www.DCUniverseOnline.com on October 14. The Flash for Legends is now available for all players for purchase in game for Marks of Legend or through the in-game Marketplace.
