#MillionReasonsToPlay Allowing One Lucky Elder Scrolls Online Player Chance to Win $1 Million

Bethesda Softworks has announced they are giving away $1 million dollars to one player in The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited. Read on to learn more.

Bethesda Softworks®, a ZeniMax® Media company, announced that it will be giving away $1 million (USD)* to one lucky player of its award-winning multiplayer roleplaying game, The Elder Scrolls® Online: Tamriel Unlimited, in a sweepstakes. The sweepstakes extends the game’s popular “Million Reasons to Play” campaign, which asks the community to share their favorite elements of the game on social media.


“After kicking off our #MillionReasonsToPlay campaign in October, we’ve been overwhelmed at the response from fans,” said Matt Firor, game director of The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited. “It’s so inspiring to see fans share - with us and the community - their favorite reasons for playing. We’re excited to now share something with one of them!”

To enter the sweepstakes entrants access the website at https://millionreasons.elderscrollsonline.com and complete the entry form by Sunday, January 10, 2016. After completing the form, entrants will need to log into their The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited accounts and play the game during the sweepstakes period (December 3, 2015 to January 10, 2016) for a chance to win. A no purchase necessary mail-in entry form is also available at: https://millionreasons.elderscrollsonline.com.

In addition to awarding the $1 million to one grand prize winner, Bethesda is also giving away a total of 3,000,000 Crowns (in-game currency) to 1,000 second prize winners. On Monday, February 1, 2016 the grand and second prize winners will be randomly selected from all eligible* entries. Jackson County Fair in Scottsboro, Alabama (Event Review)

The Jackson County Fair has invaded Scottsboro, Alabama for the week of October 7-11, 2014, but the event may be a waste of money for some.  The fair was the 79th annual showing and was presented by Kissel Entertainment. The event featured rides, exhibits, games and great (yet too expensive) food for attendees at the show. Families could have enjoyed a great time at the fair grounds, but the event wasn't cheap and it didn't feature some of the more prominent attractions like one would find at larger, state fairs and carnivals. The turn out very low in Scottsboro though, and many would think that this would make it easier to enjoy the event but not even small lines could help make the Jackson County event fun.
