A new way to play Skylanders has made its way to mobile devices in an intriguing new card collection game entitled Skylanders Battlecast. Skylanders Battlecast is a free-to-play mobile card game that allows players to build their own custom deck while mastering various card combinations before heading into battle.

Skylanders Battlecast once again has you facing off against the evil villain Kaos in the new Kaos Island realm. A neat feature of the new release is the ability to send friends direct challenges through the in-game friend list feature--allowing you to keep your skills top notch for the battlefield.

Many collectible card games have a complex system that isn't easy to learn and takes some time to master. However, Skylanders Battlecast is easy to pick up and learn, allowing players to jump into the action-packed fun at a much faster rate. The game features some fun deck building options and the gameplay is short and sweet.

Skylanders Battlecast
is a free game and you simply have to download it from the App Store to get started. If you are interested in enhancing your gameplay, then there are Booster and Battle Packs available for purchase. These unique card packs allow you to bring your Skylanders Battlecast cards to life by scanning them with your mobile device and allowing them to enter the digital game. The more cards you collect, then the more you can customize your deck for battle and add cards to your in-game digital spell book.

Skylanders Battlecast puts you in charge of three Skylanders where you engage in turn-based combat until only one is left standing. You draw random cards from the deck which contribute to the power of your attacks and items. The ability to watch your real life cards come to life in an augmented reality and then battle it out via impressive 3D animations creates a very immersive gameplay experience.

Just like any collectible card game--Skylanders Battlecast is centered around building up a deck to support your style of gameplay while making adjustments along the way to balance everything out. There are two ways to play--you can head into the single player campaign or battle it out with friends online.

In the end, Skylanders Battlecast is a great collectible card game that features over 300 cards to collect while battling your way through 60 missions across eight elemental islands. As you conquer more challenges during each mission, then the more potential you have to be rewarded invaluable in-game items. This is where the buffet line reigns supreme, the sweet tea flows endlessly, and dessert is always just an arm’s reach away. For many locals, Kacey’s is a comfort food paradise. Fans brag about the fried green tomatoes, juicy pork chops, slow-cooked beef tips, and banana pudding that deserves its own holiday. The staff are another highlight—quick with refills, friendly enough to feel like family, and the kind of people who can make a buffet feel like Sunday dinner at grandma’s. But Kacey’s has its critics too. Some diners rave about “the best bang for your buck in town,” while others complain that the food sometimes veers into “straight-from-the-can” territory. Like most buffets, it’s a roll of the dice: hit the line on a good day and you’ll be full and happy; catch it on an...
