Dez and The Lo-Fi Apocalypse, Inc. have released their new multiplayer title Obey via Early Access.
Obey is currently available as a Steam Early Access Game with a special discount running until April 10th. Obey is an asymmetrical multiplayer game that allows you to command your enemies (human opponents) and to be commanded by them. The catch is that gamers always have free will and can obey or disobey.
The basic commands involved in Obey involve coercing/bribing other players or completely destroying them. Your goal is to make more money than everyone else playing in order to win. For example, controlling a giant robot makes 10x more than other players per second, and allows your to easily destroy any player that you see approaching in a sort of 'king of the hill' gameplay tactic.
However, if you want to get a little bit more creative, then you can start to learn new stealth tactics and coerce other players to do your bidding for a fun new approach. Obey can quickly become a very tricky and entertaining multiplayer game. Watchtowers have recently been added to Obey allowing you to earn money as a snitch and possible win the game if you play your cards right.
