Broken Age Review (Xbox One)

Double Fine Productions has released Broken Age for Xbox One.

Broken Age (our review) was originally released in 2014 and has been enjoyed by many gamers over the years. Broken Age offers up gameplay that is fun for the whole family with its beautifully hand-animated puzzles. The game follows two teens, Vella Tartine and Shay Volta, who are from two different worlds but end up in similar situations. The best aspect of gameplay is that you have the option to freely switch between these two characters and play through their unique stories. It is up to you to aid them in getting a grasp on their lives and deal with all the unexpected turmoil to come.

The beautiful soundtrack and phenomenal voice-acting that includes Elijah Wood, Jennifer Hale, and Jack Black is ultimately the best part of the game. The adventure game is fairly the same as its original release. The point-and-click title takes gamers into an exciting world full of fun and adventure.

Broken Age looks and plays beautifully on Xbox One. The colors are more vibrant and eye-catching than ever before. The tight controls and great mechanics really keeps gamers immersed into the imaginative world of Broken Age.

In the end, rather you have already played Broken Age or not, the game offers up a great adventure on Xbox One. Broken Age is available on several platforms including Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PS Vita and Steam for $24.99. The game can also be purchased for iOS and Android for $4.99.
