Citadel: Forged With Fire Gets Update Adding Iron Armor, Crafting Recipes and More


Blue Isle Studios announces new update for Citadel: Forged with Fire.


Blue Isle Studios has conjured up the first of many planned updates for its wizardly world of Citadel: Forged With Fire which launched on Steam Early Access a mere five days ago! This massive online sandbox RPG is complete with spellcasting, building, exploring and crafting where you control your destiny! The game’s very first update includes Iron Armor, ‘The Bear Claw Gauntlet’ and five crafting recipes. Players can master this magical adventure on Steam for $19.99 USD (20% launch discount). Additionally, the official Citadel servers have been updated for optimized performance allowing players to get into the game faster. Blue Isle has pledged a plethora of new content for Citadel: Forged With Fire, with the next set of features coming this Wednesday with a new Dragon, a Wild Boar, more Castle props and a Skeleton Warrior!

Citadel: Forged With Fire Update Features:

  • Five New Crafting Recipes: Featured in the early levels of the game, supporting players who are just finding their way through Ignus allowing for more options to enhance your experience.
  • Iron Armor: The first addition to your armor wardrobe is Iron. Unlock the Iron set in the knowledge tree and repurpose the natural iron deposits of Ignus into robust and protective garb!
  • Bear Claw Gauntlet: A more barbaric weapon is great for hunting, created by hunting and killing the savage bears of Ignus and using their pelts and bones to create this daunting weapon, the Bear Claw Gauntlet is a great early-game choice for casting devastating damage-over-time spells that the gauntlet is known for.

Citadel: Forged With Fire gives players complete freedom to determine their own destiny as they become an infamous hunter of the wizards, tame mighty beasts, forge alliances with fellow players to create an imposing House of Conjurers, or visit uncharted territories to unravel their rich and intriguing history. Citadel: Forged With Fire is available now on Steam Early Access for $19.99 (20% off its retail price $24.99) and is in development for PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system and Xbox One, the all-in-one game and entertainment system for Microsoft.
