Housemarque has released Nex Machina for PC and PS4.

Nex Machinais an intensely fun arcade style twin-stick shooter full of action-packed chaos. The shoot 'em up game is from a top-down perspective where you battle countless waves of enemies to save mankind.

The concept for Nex Machina is very simple. Gamers just blast their way through levels of fun that seems to never in. The controls are very tight and responsive making the game immersive and replayable. The colorful visuals and upbeat soundtrack really helps the gameplay along.

As a solider, your only job is to take down as many enemies as possible so you can move to the next level and do it all over again. The fast-paced gameplay almost becomes hypnotizing as you stare relentlessly at the screen for hours on end. The beautiful voxel environments, while simple, are very effective. There are many different ways to play, either you can relentlessly blow your way through each level or you can try to save some humans along the way. There are some added bonuses for this since it increases your multiplier score.

Nex Machina has five stages that can be played at different difficulty levels. And guess what? You get as many continues as your little heart desires. This means no matter how many times you die--you can just pick up where you left off and take out all of your frustrations on the waves of robots coming your way.

In the end, Nex Machina is an addictive and insanely fun shoot 'em up that gives gamers hours of play.
