Community Inc Review (PC)

T4 Interactive and tinyBuild have released Community Inc for PC.

Community Inc allows players to take on the role of a new manager where they can build a community and then trade with other races for financial gain. Your workers are the Lings and they help with carrying out orders and helping to make your community happy in order to power the portals. However, with all great things there are also several problems to deal with among the bliss and chaos. Often times your workers may not be as great as you want alongside the changing weather and unexpected events.

You will build your own village that encompasses many different types of buildings, objects, and items. Community Inc has a ton of variety of items to craft with over 150 different ones at your disposable. The various items all have a greater purpose, such as roads can help your community get to their destinations faster.

While building your community is a big aspect of the game, the ability to keep your workers happy is just as important. You have to provide the Lings with the basic necessities to stay happy such as a salary, food, clothes and even a healthy environment in which to prosper. In order to build their perfect world then you have to develop a strategy that best suites your needs. The small decision of just sending your workers to certain places to carry out your tasks can become a problem if you don't recognize the conflicts they have with each other. In order to do this, you have to watch how your community members talk to one another while keeping a close eye on their stats.

Community Inc featured a ton of variety when it comes to maps that includes sandbox and custom ones. You have the ability to talk and trade with other races while also collecting valuable treasures that you can either sell or use for your community. The weather also has a huge impact on your community and can greatly impact how they work and act. Another goal of Community Inc is to continuously expand your world by crafting better items and weapons alongside accepting contracts to gain currency.

All-in-all, Community Inc is a fun simulation game that has a few minor technical glitches but remains enjoyable all the same. To learn more, visit the official Community Inc Steam page.
