For Honor Marching Fire Set to Release October 16


Ubisoft reveals that For Honor has officially surpassed 15 million players.



Ubisoft announced that For Honor has surpassed 15 million players ahead of the launch of For Honor Marching Fire. Launching on October 16, For Honor Marching Fire is the most ambitious update to-date and introduces four new Wu Lin Heroes, a 4v4 Breach Mode that brings the castle siege fantasy to life, and a new Arcade Mode that offers unlimited PvE content as well as additional quality of life improvements. Those looking to get a sneak peek at all the updates coming in For Honor Marching Fire can tune into a special Marching Fire edition of the Warrior’s Den – For Honor’s weekly stream – on Thursday, October 11 at 9:00am PT on twitch.tv/ForHonorGame and participate in Twitch Drops.

Building upon more than a year and a half of continuous post-launch support and improvements since February 2017, For Honor Marching Fire relaunches the title on October 16 with the largest update so far, including all-new PvP and PvE modes, new features and a complete graphic overhaul. For the first time, Marching Fire also introduces an all-new faction inspired by Chinese martial arts – the Wu Lin – with four new Heroes who will completely alter the combat experience on the battlefield. Players who purchase the For Honor Marching Fire expansion will receive a two week early access period for the Wu Lin Heroes starting October 16 and the new PvE Arcade Mode.

Developed by Ubisoft Montreal in collaboration with other Ubisoft studios,* For Honor offers an engaging campaign and thrilling multiplayer modes. Players embody warriors of the three great factions – the bold Knights, the brutal Vikings, the deadly Samurai and now, the fearsome Wu Lin – fighting to the death on intense and believable melee battlefields. The Art of Battle, the game’s innovative combat system that puts players in total control of their warriors, allows them to utilize the unique skills and combat style of each Hero to vanquish all enemies who stand in their way.
