Multiplayer Party Brawler Gang Beasts Announced for PS4

Skybound Games and Boneloaf announce new partnership. Read on.

Skybound Games and Sheffield, UK-based independent game studio Boneloaf today announced a partnership to bring the multiplayer party brawl Gang Beasts to physical retail. Gang Beasts will make its debut as a part of the Skybound Games slate at PAX East, where it will be available to play on PS4 at the Skybound booth. More information about the game’s physical release will be announced on skybound.com soon. Gang Beasts is a silly multiplayer party game with surly gelatinous characters, brutal melee fight sequences, and absurdly hazardous environments set in the hostile “meatropolis” of Beef City.

“I’ve been playing Gang Beasts since it first launched, and Boneloaf are incredibly talented developers who’ve created something truly unique,” said Skybound Games CEO Ian Howe. “I’m thrilled that we’re partnering with them to bring the game to retail.”

Gang Beasts joins Skybound Games titles Death’s Gambit, Skullgirls, and Baldur’s Gate, which will also be on display and playable at PAX East.

“We’re pleased to announce that Boneloaf is partnering with Skybound Games to publish retail copies of Gang Beasts. We’re excited at the scope and potential for new content, audiences, and modes of play that Skybound’s publishing services can open for Gang Beasts, Boneloaf, and other independent game developers.” said Boneloaf Co-Founder James Brown.
