Warside Makes Its Way To Steam This April

Warside, the high-octane, turn-based tactical battler from developer LAVABIRD and publisher First Break Labs, is locked and loaded for its official release on Steam this April 14. Console gamers won’t be left out—Warside will also launch on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox later this year. To ramp up the excitement, a brand-new trailer has been unveiled.

Step into the nostalgic charm of pixelated graphics fused with the strategic brilliance of classic wargames in Warside. Take command as one of 14 distinct Commanders, each equipped with unique passive skills and powerful Battle Powers that can tip the scales in your favor. Master these abilities as you navigate through 30+ missions in a rich, single-player Story Campaign, where every choice could mean the difference between triumph and defeat.

Build your dream army, selecting from a wide array of specialist infantry, including sharpshooting snipers, lifesaving medics, and devastating mortar teams. Command a fleet of 25+ units, from tanks and artillery to submarines and warships, and wage tactical warfare across land, air, and sea.

The battlefield is as diverse as the foes you’ll face. From icy tundras and scorching deserts to radioactive wastelands and secret labs teeming with hidden enemies, Warside challenges you to adapt and conquer. Whether you prefer to go solo, team up in co-op, or test your mettle in online PvP, there’s a mode for every type of strategist. For the ultimate personal touch, unleash your creativity with the built-in mission editor, crafting custom maps for single and multiplayer battles.

For those eager to get a taste of the action, a free demo is now available on Steam. Don’t miss your chance to take command and shape the tides of war in Warside.
