Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Multiplayer Beta Begins This Week with New PC Setup Guide

The wait is nearly over — the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Multiplayer Beta kicks off this week. Players who pre-ordered the game will receive Early Access starting tomorrow, while the beta opens up to all players on October 5.

For PC players, Activision has released important guidance to ensure their systems are ready to go. Since Black Ops 7 requires TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot to run, the team has published a brand-new tutorial showing how to enable these essential security features.

This initiative is part of Call of Duty’s expanded support hub, which now includes detailed walkthroughs for the top ten motherboard manufacturers most commonly used by players in the community. These guides are designed to make it easier than ever to prepare your PC for the beta and the game’s full launch on November 14.

Players can access the full set of resources — including the tutorial video, the comprehensive step-by-step guide, and motherboard-specific instructions — at the official support page: https://support.activision.com/tpm.

With these tools in hand, PC players can jump into the Black Ops 7 beta without roadblocks and be fully prepared for launch day.

Buffet Bliss or Southern Swing-and-a-Miss? A Bite at Kacey’s in Huntsville

Walk through the doors of Kacey’s Country Cooking in Huntsville and you’re greeted by the comforting smell of fried chicken, collard greens, and cornbread that could double as perfume for any true Southerner. This is where the buffet line reigns supreme, the sweet tea flows endlessly, and dessert is always just an arm’s reach away. For many locals, Kacey’s is a comfort food paradise. Fans brag about the fried green tomatoes, juicy pork chops, slow-cooked beef tips, and banana pudding that deserves its own holiday. The staff are another highlight—quick with refills, friendly enough to feel like family, and the kind of people who can make a buffet feel like Sunday dinner at grandma’s. But Kacey’s has its critics too. Some diners rave about “the best bang for your buck in town,” while others complain that the food sometimes veers into “straight-from-the-can” territory. Like most buffets, it’s a roll of the dice: hit the line on a good day and you’ll be full and happy; catch it on an...
