Bull Airs Unleashes Brutal New Mutant Football League Merchandise Ahead of MFL2 Launch

Digital Dreams Entertainment has teamed up with nostalgia-driven apparel brand Bull Airs to deliver a wicked new line of officially licensed Mutant Football League merchandise — just in time for the launch of Mutant Football League 2 on December 10 for consoles and PC.

The collection channels the series’ signature mix of gore, attitude, and over-the-top parody, giving fans a chance to rep their favorite monstrous teams with style. Inspired by both the upcoming MFL2 and the classic ’90s Mutant League Football on Sega Genesis, the lineup features exclusive sneakers, jerseys, Lace Faces™, collectible SneakerHeadz™, and more.

Highlights of the Bull Airs MFL Collection

  • Longhorns Sneakers – High-top Brainwashington Cadavers–themed kicks complete with combat spikes, chain laces, zombie bite decals, and intentional blood splatter.
  • Jerseys & T-Shirts – Apparel from iconic MFL teams including the Blitzburg Steelheads, Cracksumskull Jugulars, Midway Mutants, Diami Krakens, New Goreleans Zombies, and others.
  • Lace Faces™ – Creepy, character-inspired toppers that attach to your shoelaces for maximum ground-level intimidation.
  • SneakerHeadz™ – Hard foam, stylized MFL collectibles that turn your favorite Cadavers player into a wonderfully grotesque display piece.

Bull Airs co-owner Ryan Green says the collaboration brings his childhood full circle, blending premium craftsmanship with the irreverent grit that made the original Mutant League games cult favorites. Digital Dreams’ Creative Director Michael Mendheim adds that the team’s first look at the sneaker concepts was jaw-dropping — especially the metal chain laces that perfectly capture the game’s wild attitude.

Fans can pre-order the entire Bull Airs x Mutant Football League collection now at BullAirs.com, with items shipping ahead of the Mutant Football League 2 launch on December 10.

Mutant Football League 2 will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, with early access options already live at a discounted price.

Buffet Bliss or Southern Swing-and-a-Miss? A Bite at Kacey’s in Huntsville

Walk through the doors of Kacey’s Country Cooking in Huntsville and you’re greeted by the comforting smell of fried chicken, collard greens, and cornbread that could double as perfume for any true Southerner. This is where the buffet line reigns supreme, the sweet tea flows endlessly, and dessert is always just an arm’s reach away. For many locals, Kacey’s is a comfort food paradise. Fans brag about the fried green tomatoes, juicy pork chops, slow-cooked beef tips, and banana pudding that deserves its own holiday. The staff are another highlight—quick with refills, friendly enough to feel like family, and the kind of people who can make a buffet feel like Sunday dinner at grandma’s. But Kacey’s has its critics too. Some diners rave about “the best bang for your buck in town,” while others complain that the food sometimes veers into “straight-from-the-can” territory. Like most buffets, it’s a roll of the dice: hit the line on a good day and you’ll be full and happy; catch it on an...
