House Flipper Remastered Collection Gets First Public Demo at Steam Next Fest Ahead of April Launch

Fans of renovation simulators have something to look forward to this month. House Flipper Remastered Collection will debut its first-ever public demo during the upcoming Steam Next Fest, kicking off February 23.

The full release is scheduled for April 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

A Bigger, Shinier Flip

House Flipper Remastered Collection packages the original game together with all previously released expansions, delivering the most comprehensive edition of the franchise to date.

For longtime players, the core gameplay loop remains intact:

  • Clean filthy apartments
  • Repair structural damage
  • Paint, tile, and decorate
  • Sell at a profit

However, the remaster introduces substantial upgrades across visuals, mechanics, and narrative presentation.

What’s Included in the Demo?

The Steam Next Fest demo is designed to showcase the scope of improvements without restriction. Notably, there is no time limit, allowing players to explore at their own pace.

Demo content includes:

  • 2 refreshed jobs from the original game
  • 1 brand-new job
  • 1 brand-new house
  • New gameplay mechanics and items

This curated slice aims to highlight both returning content and newly implemented systems.

Visual and Technical Overhaul

The “Remastered Collection” designation is not superficial. Enhancements include:

  • Upgraded lighting systems
  • Redesigned user interface
  • Improved item textures
  • Dark Mode UI option
  • Enhanced Photo Mode

Every interaction—from mop strokes to furniture placement—benefits from smoother performance and refined feedback systems. These quality-of-life improvements are complemented by community-requested features such as a Naming system and a new Favorites tab on the in-game tablet interface.

Narrative Expansion and the “Heart” Content

One of the most notable additions is the introduction of six story-driven “Heart” jobs. These missions incorporate:

  • Fully voiced characters
  • Expanded narrative arcs
  • Nearly 800 new decorative items
  • Thematic renovation scenarios centered on connection and personal storytelling

Rather than simply flipping properties for profit, players will uncover emotional subtext embedded in each restoration project. Familiar characters return with enhanced characterization, while newcomers are presented with fully realized motivations and dialogue performances.

Pricing and Availability

House Flipper Remastered Collection launches in April 2026 for:

  • PC (Steam)
  • PlayStation 5
  • Xbox Series X|S

The retail price is set at $49.99 USD, with a significantly discounted upgrade path available for players who already own all DLC content.
