Just Dance 2014 Gets New Applause DLC On December 17 Alongside The Chance To Win A Trip To See Lady Gaga

Ubisoft has announced that Just Dance 2014 (read review) has received a new version of "Applause" by Lady Gaga in one of the newest DLC tracks for the game. The new content can be purchased for $1.99 and will release on December 17th for current and next-gen consoles. Read on to learn more.

Ubisoft announced that a new version of “Applause” by Lady Gaga is one of the latest downloadable tracks for Just Dance 2014 and features the official dance moves from her choreographer, Richy Jackson. Jackson worked closely with the Just Dance 2014 development team to ensure that the choreography in the game aligned with the moves from Lady Gaga’s music video and performance at the Video Music Awards.

This version of “Applause” costs $1.99 and will be available to download in Just Dance 2014 on December 17 for all current- and next-gen gaming systems. In addition, Just Dance 2014 fans will have the chance to compete for an opportunity to win a trip to see Lady Gaga in concert and meet her backstage. Details about the contest will be posted at www.justdancegame.com/ladygaga later in December. Just Dance 2014 features more than 45 tracks, including “Blurred Lines” by Robin Thicke ft. T.I. and Pharrell, “Kiss You” by One Direction, “Get Lucky” by Daft Punk ft. Pharrell Williams and “Starships” by Nicki Minaj. “Roar” by Katy Perry was available as free add-on content at launch.
