Since 1983, the National Foundation for Transplants (NFT) has been helping transplant patients raise funds for the medical treatment they otherwise may not be able to afford. Based in Memphis, Tenn., NFT works with transplant patients across the country, giving them the tools to execute fundraising campaigns in their own communities. Over the years, NFT has worked with many wonderful supporters to raise awareness and hope for transplant patients. This year, the nonprofit is thrilled about a partnership with The Zeldathon Network, a group of gamers that fundraises for charities doing what they do best—conducting The Legend of Zelda marathons. The summer 2013 marathon, which begins Friday, July 5, is titled Zeldathon Lives, and its proceeds will benefit NFT and transplant patients across the country. Starting July 5 at 4 p.m. (EDT), a team of more than 25 people will begin streaming gameplay live at http://zeldathon.net , and they won't go off-air until July 10 at 4 p.m. (EDT...
